En Route to Vasaloppet 2018, day 76-80
I can tell you now that the best cure for hangover is to go RollerSkiing the day after. I did 10 km in the evening after the most infernal rainy day and being capsized by massive hangover after a wedding the night before. Towards the end of the day it cleared up and even though I went through lots of water on the road it was doable. The RollerSafe, which in the meantime had become muddy and started to squeak a bit in the wheels, went to a bath (Caution: be careful not to wet the USB area) and afterwards I took the wheels off to give them some grease. Now they work perfectly again. The brakes are as good as ever.
Blood sugar is looking good. This morning it was 7.1. Last night it was 6.1.
